OMG! My very first post Bear with me, I’m still learning.

My intention is to provide useful info, tricks and tips to help with Shih Tzu puppy training. I’ll also be recommending some of the Shih Tzu Puppy Training tips that have worked incredibly well for me and that have improved my relationship with, and understanding of, my gorgeous Shih Tzu puppy. It really is a no brainer that proper Shih Tzu Puppy Training will result in a well behaved Shih Tzu that is so much easier to live with than an unruly, bossy, naughty and stubborn one!

Shih Tzu Puppy Training – Your Shih Tzu

Intelligence – Your adorable Shih Tzu puppy is super intelligent and this can help to make Shih Tzu Puppy Training easy.

Attitude – Your Shih Tzu puppy will likely have an ‘attitude’ too – so be persistent and consistent when Shih Tzu Puppy Training.

Motivation – Never punish as this will likely ‘shut your puppy down’. Always be positive and offer encouragement.

Self Assurance – Your Shih Tzu puppy can be bossy and command attention. Be firm but gentle for best Shih Tzu Puppy Training results.

Harnessing – Your Shih Tzu puppy will not like a collar and leash. It will be much kinder for both of you to use a well fitting harness instead.

Rewarding – Of course your Shih Tzu puppy likes doggy treats. So keep plenty to hand when Shih Tzu Puppy Training and always reward good behavior.

Patience & Fun – Don’t start your Shih Tzu Puppy Training too early. Be patient and show your Shih Tzu puppy a few social skills first – and remember, training should be fun!
